A blood 25-hydroxy vitamin D measurement should be taken on a regular basis by people who consume more than 50 mcg (2,000 IU) of vitamin D per day (from diet and supplements). Unless your doctor advises otherwise, do not take more than 250 mcg daily. People with high blood calcium levels should not use vitamin D supplements. Do not use antithyroid drugs without first visiting your healthcare provider if you have a thyroid issue. Before using this product, speak with your doctor if you are using a vitamin K antagonist (such as warfarin).Other ingredients
